Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our product(s) from our website

We offer a 5 business day return policy to our customers. If 5 business days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


  • All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition
  • New items must be factory sealed and unopened
  • Returns have to be sent via registered mail
  • Delivered item is in defective, wrong items and faulty.
  • All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
  • A print-out of the invoice must be included
  • Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s).

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Once we approved your product for return. You can return the product item to choose any nearby shipping service. You have to ensure that all the items related product should be sealed packed in your parcel and adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods.  

Post your parcel to our warehouse address (return address will be provided upon approval): We do not hold any liability of the items until they have been received by our warehouse. Please keep the package shipping proof of your item in regards of any mishappening.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.



Kultured Kreations & Company, LLC reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and/or cancel the order. It is required for the customer to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change.

Once the product is packaged, ready for shipping and/or shipped then you're not eligible to cancel it anymore.


We only exchange items if it is the wrong item, defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect.  

Please take detailed pictures of the damaged package(s) and good(s) so that a claim can be filed, properly. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Unacceptable Returns

We will not refund you, if the returning item is not complying with our Return/Refund policy terms. 

If you return an unacceptable item, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.


If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will sent to the email on file.


Once your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
